Unsure where to open bug reports

Hi,

I'm trying to fix some missing options in the branch-api plugin and I'm making a mess of the issue linking.

The JJB docs (https://docs.openstack.org/infra/jenkins-job-builder/) say to open bug reports here (https://storyboard.openstack.org/#!/project/723) which I did (https://storyboard.openstack.org/#!/story/2009041) but when I open my review the issue link points to a different tracker (https://review.opendev.org/c/jjb/jenkins-job-builder/+/800212).

Clearly I've open my issue in the wrong place? I'm struggling to find how to open one on launchpad without having to select an Ubuntu package, is that actually how I should open the issue?

Hi Bracken,

I think the keyword you are looking for is "Task: 42803". I don't know why "Closes-Bug: " links to launchpad but that would be a question for the opendev infra folks. We don't manage that part of the CI system.
