Jenkins job builder 4.0 release note?

Where can I find the release note for Jenkins job builder 4.0? 

I would like to see what are the new features in Jenkins Job builder 4.0

Since it's a major release, does that mean there some backward incompatible changes when coming from 3.x? 

Also, Is there a migrate guide to help with migrating from 3.x to 4.x?

Hello Tony,

Browsing the changelog, the major bump is due to dropping support for
Python 2.7 (
https://review.opendev.org/c/jjb/jenkins-job-builder/+/828860 ). Notably
cause some dependencies are no more supporting it. It also dropped
Python 3.6 support.
