Jenkins Job Builder 6.4.0 is now available

Jenkins Job Builder 6.4.0 is released.
Features added:
- githuborg: Pull build strategies into parent xml.
- githuborg: Support ignoring archived repositories in an organization.
- Add support for clean-first parameter of repo scm.
- Add labels to lauch build property for gitlab trigger.
- Cache raw YAML parsing results of files.
- Add job_builder option to load extra modules for jinja2 filters.
Bugs fixed:
- include-raw-verbatim fails on job-template. (Story 2011112).
- Require setuptools for pkg_resources.
- Fix links to nexus platform plugin.
- Fix expansion on {obj:key} variable on includes.
- Allow disabled to remain the last setting.
