Execute Jacoco for master Branch

I am using Jenkins Jacoco plugin 3.0.7 for ensuring the quality of code. And I had been using a single trunk master for development in Git repo.   

There is an issue in using the feature branch for code management. Jacoco plugin benchmark increases for code push in Feature Branch and the same benchmark is used for the master branch also.

Do we have a handle on ensuring that Jacoco benchmark gets registered only for the master branch and not for any feature branch.
