Adoptium is using repo.jenkins-ci.org in their pipeline

I've recently noticed that Adoptium is using repo.jenkins-ci.org in their pipeline:

Could be something to watch after, FYI

they are using maven central and repo.jenkins

I think that means if not in maven central, use jenkins, which is probably for the jenkins lib dep further down

but my java is so rusty i can't say for sure
