Can't find users in plugin hosting request

Hi,

I want my team members to have commit permissions on the Jenkins plugin repository, I am requesting on repository-permissions-updater . I am trying to add them under "GitHub Users to have commit permissions' list but can't find them. My team members have a gitHub account that I am trying to add.

Is there any permission required or anything needed to see them on the list?

No permissions are required, check their account name is right at https://github.com/$username

e.g.  https://github.com/timja

The account name I am trying to add is https://github.com/ashu248 . When I search with username, it's not coming up in suggestions. If I add this user, would it be valid or not?
