Jenkins compatibility with RedHat 8

Dear whomever it may concern,
Our bank is currently using Jenkins to implement CI/CD workflows. Since support for Redhat 7 is coming to an end soon, we are considering set up on RedHat 8. Our current Jenkins version is 2.346.3. Is it compatible with RedHat 8? Additionally, if we do not upgrade to RedHat 8, will there be problems with Jenkins in the future (i.e. if we want to upgrade the Jenkins version)? Looking forward to your reply.
