Support question

Hi there,

I have been trying to push a few blogs through to our staging environment in Jenkins, but they have consistently failed this week and I don't know what the problem is. I'm not a programmer/dev so I don't really know how to interpret the errors that are showing up.

It looks like this is where things start to get messy:

/home/ubuntu/workspace/Deploy CartoDB Blog to Development - stag/blog/npm-debug.log

Is this something you would be able to help me with?

If your "Jenkins password" means the password for your account that can access https://issues.jenkins.io , https://ci.jenkins.io , and https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/ , then you can reset that through  https://accounts.jenkins.io/

If your "Jenkins password" means the password for an account on a Jenkins controller that you administer, then refer to https://stackoverflow.com/questions/6988849/how-to-reset-jenkins-security-settings-from-the-command-line
