qualys-cs-plugin | Issue with plugin release

We have released new version of qualys-cs-plugin as 1.6.2.6

After releasing the qualys-cs-plugin, respective files are updated in jenkins repo at https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/com/qualys/plugins/qualys-cs/1.6.2.6/ (PFB)

When we sync our Jenkins instances update center, we can see the new release is reflected in updates as well.

However, this newly released version is not reflected https://plugins.jenkins.io/qualys-cs/#releases even after a day of files being uploaded successfully to Jenkins Repo.

We need help here to understand -

  1. What is the root cause of this issue?
  2. How it can be resolved? 
  3. What should be next course of action from our end towards fixing this issue?

The release is visible to me on the plugins site.  Maybe a CDN cache near you has not yet been updated?
