Hey there I am facing an issue on installing jenkins. Any alternatives
for this mirror "mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn" where this mirror is
blocked from my ISP. Any other mirror for installing jenkins?

http://updates.jenkins.io/ includes a link that lists the latest releases of Jenkins core and Jenkins plugins. That link is https://updates.jenkins.io/latest/ . It suggests https://updates.jenkins.io/latest/jenkins.war as the address for Jenkins core. If you extend that URL with the parameter '?mirrorlist' like this https://updates.jenkins.io/latest/jenkins.war?mirrorlist it will show the list of all mirrors and your geographic distance to those mirrors.

Unfortunately, if your ISP is blocking that server, you'll probably need to ask them to host a Jenkins mirror because plugin downloads use the Jenkins mirror system. The Jenkins mirror system (mirrorbits) prefers the geographically nearest server, without regard to ISP decisions to block traffic.

We'd love to have more mirrors, especially in the Indian subcontinent, Eastern Europe, Africa, and Australia. Have your ISP send mail to this list when they are ready to become a mirror site. If they decide to unblock that site, that will work as well.
