Update release notes

Hi,

When releasing the latest Gradle plugin changes, I deleted the GitHub release before the plugin got published here https://plugins.jenkins.io/gradle/releases/#version_2.17.1202.v321a_33e01211, so it did not fill in the release notes (I guess).

Now that we recreated the GH release manually, how can we update those release notes?
