Permission to close hosting tickets

Heya infra peeps
There's one hosting ticket I want to flat out reject [1] and 2-3 more that never got updated after the initial request, so I would like to have access to close them instead of leaving them pending forever.
If there's a way to do it via the bot that I missed I'm open to it. But I think it would be better if I can close with a comment.
