5.      Theme: “Creating Together a Better World towards Human Security and Sustainability”

6.      Further Description of the program content (also refer to the attachment 1)

The study tour will include welcome reception, keynote lecture, field visits, focused discussion, and workshop.  The program will aim to offer a platform to discuss what the young leaders of East Asia can/should do to realize a sustainable society consists of different social aspects.

Reflecting the Tohoku earthquake (and Tsunami) of Japan on March 11, discussions will touch upon not only natural but also manmade disasters/difficulties which entail topic of peace building, conflict resolution, peace building, community development, and human security.

7.      Assignments: There may be small amount of assignments upon your participation which will be informed by organizers.

We understand that the professional specialty is different for every alumnus; we try to organize the event that covers common topic to all. However, as you know the programme have been tackling different topics and it is quite a challenge to set a topic that is relevant or directly related to the specialty of each JENESYS group.

The topic set forth for this program, after many revisions, covers broad theme of ‘sustainable society’ by highlighting specific themes under the category of ‘natural disaster and man made disaster/problem’.  We do hope that you will find the topic attractive and that you will decide to take part.

We assume that it will be a great opportunity to share your ideas, gain new outlooks, and make concrete plans with fellow participants from other countries, other batches, toward a positive shared future of East Asia.

For any inquiries, and submission of the filled-up registration form (attachment 2),

please contact; jenesys.f...@gmail.com. Registration deadline is on June 10, 2011

The tentative invitation letter addressed to the targeted alumni (anonymos) will be up to this address later on this week. More over, after registration, the official invitation letter address to each participant will be sent to you by e-mail first. If anyone would like to have the original one, the organizer will deliver it via international postal service.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Sincerely, (on behalf of the secretariat)

Vlado, Agree.
I think the 'reply' is set automatically to the google group = problem why everyone's responses are flooding our inbox!!!!

Dear all,
Could you please make sure your reply only go to these two email addresses, NOT the whole googlegroup?
