Dear JENESYS Youth Leader Alumni,
First of all, please, disregard the previous e-mail and accept my apologies for sending the invitation letter without the royal emblem of Chulalongkorn University. However, I have attached the appropriate official invitation letter to you again for your information and consideration to participate in the 2nd follow-up program.
Moreover, according to the concerns from Japan Foundation and ours, we would like to strongly recommend you to purchase a health insurance covering for medical costs arising from all sickness or accidental injury since the medical charges are very expensive in Thailand. Therefore, along with your registration form, we would like to humbly ask you to send a copy of the coverage description from your insurance company. However, if it is not convenient, a brief description of it would be great.
Apologies again for causing you any inconvenience. We would like to be certain that your time in Thailand during the program would be wonderful and meet your expectations and satisfactions. However, please, feel free to let me and a colleague, Bundith Punsiri, know if any further questions occur via this sharing mail.
Looking forward to seeing you all in Thailand.
Best regards,
Surasak Kao-iean

Hi Itto (and Nutto),
Thanks for the invitation letter, looks good. The letter actually talks about further information about the program being ‘attached below’. Doesn’t seem to be anything attached though. Is there an actual program yet? Would be good to have soon so I can use it to build my case for attending to my bossJ.
Cheers,
Eliza
