Simulation stalls at 99%

Dear Tony and colleagues, 

I am running a simulation that consistently stalls at 99% and hangs there for hours. Any idea what the issue could be? I usually see that the signals.h5 is created but I do not see the signals_ismrmrd.h5 being created ...
