k-space lines broken up in signals_ismrmrd.h5

Dear all,

I have noticed a behaviour that I cannot explain at the moment and for which I am seeking help. 

My sequence uses a readout gradient of 6 ms (flat-top-time) with 256 samples along the line. That works fine. However, when I decrease the flat-top-time to, let's say, 4 ms, then the first acquisition line in the signals ISMRMRD file has 255 samples and the next line 1 sample. All following lines have 256 samples again. 

Can anyone give me a hint where I can start looking at? I have almost given up resolving this issue ...

Sorry for the late reply. Did you find a solution? I was not able to reproduce your observation. Could you send me the xml file?
