It seems that the brain phantom's T1 and T2 values are not correct. For 1.5T, CSF T2 is about 300ms and T1 is about 2500ms. Both are much lower than values reported in published literature. Furthermore, it seems that T1 values cannot be scaled. Please advise. Thanks!
