Dear all,

Starting from before summer holidays, me and my colleague Jinyong Fu had a number of 1:1 contacts with people from various organizations using JEMMA.

The goal of the discussion was to discuss how to make some structural change aiming at making the project easier to maintain.

Based on the discussions, we synthesized the following notes:
