New modular GUI framework under development

Dear all,

Just a small note to let you know that we are currently starting the
development of a new GUI framework for JEMMA based on modular tiles and
websockets (to make the whole user interaction a little more reactive).

This will probably call for some refactoring of the upper layers, and
we'll probably use the opportunity to advance the versions of some
dependencies (e.g. jetty server and similar).

If you think this is going to clash with some of your on-going
developments please let us know.

PS. Target date for integrating it in JEMMA is in due time for v0.2 i.e.
around May 2.
