jEmbedded 0.1.3 examples & documentation

Hi all,

I'm currently up to dating the documentation and adding some new
examples. I've just added a new CalculatorService example and updated
the EchoMuleService example. I made them simpler and incremental. Hope
this helps to understand the many ways you can work with jEmbedded
(also there is a new HelloWorldService example in the Getting Started
section).

Now I will expand the container, annotations and services sections.
