jEmbedded documentation & examples

Hi,

I'm just working right now in the new documentation that I'm intend
it's going to be comprehensive:

- jEmbedded-core: annotations, services, ect... also jRepository and
jIService.

- jEmbedded-services: explanations of each one.

- jEmbedded-spring-support: spring and spring mvc integration.

In the meantime I've just update the 5 minutes guide with a complete
example of how to make a new service from scratch using the new
dynamic creation/injection of services.

Also have a look at the esb case study (and the implementation
invoicing-server), it's a very complete example of what you can do
(includes spring/spring mvc integration, mule, jms, embedded database,
rules etc...)

The services-examples are updated as well.
