Hi Adolfo:
I am sorry, but I am not sure if you have tested your tutorial "how to get started in 5 miniutes",to be honest with you,I will have to say, everyone would be failed to get started your jembedded? Why,because NO ONE can finish a runable example followed your tutorial, the documentation is very strange and strange.
Would you please correct your tutorial right now?We need, and you need.

Thanks.

Hi,

The "HelloWorld service" example in the 5 minutes tutorial is taken from the "examples\services\helloworld" distribution directory. You can check it out and you will see it works.

Saying that, I reckon that the documentation it's pretty basic and not complete by far. It´s intended as a reference to follow the code and example s and it requires to have some previous experience with annotations, services etc... In fact, I could write an entire book only about this framework so you see the complexity.

This project it´s a solo effort from myself and it takes a lot of time and dedication something I haven't had this year so far as I returned to London. I intent to release a new version this summer, simplifying everything etc... so it's easier to use and understand. Also adapted to Spring 3 using its annotations as some of them are pretty similar to the ones I released or doing something generic, I need to think about it.

I'm open to ask any questions or any problems you have (or anyone else) with the examples or the framework but it's open source so you need also to put some effort from your part. After all it's free :) and like I said I'm alone doing this.

And thanks for taking your time to use it, I appreciate it.

Take care

Adolfo

Hi,Adolfo, thanks for your help,Jembedded is really a great idea but it seems very complex at present,I will keep using it,of course I am looking forward to your forthcoming release version this summer.
Thanks a lot.
