The reason to do this is for the things that happen at Jelly. The revenue is mainly from paid meetings to non-members at $35/hr (seven conference rooms and areas for rent). 24/7 membership is available at $157.50/month. There is a commitment to keep the workplace free for up to 30 individuals Mon-Fri 9-5, and for volunteer groups of up to 30 people on eves and weekends.
