likely second Collective Agency venue in inner SE

Hi Jelly coworking group,

I'm looking to get loans of at least $3,000 right away to open: http://collectiveagency.co/se-venue/  The building owner contacted me, it's not listed for lease. It's on SE 11th, a good location and rate. The current Collective Agency location is doing well and we have overflow of meetings/events, which would be the main money to start at the additional location. The rates there would be the same or slightly higher for membership than the current location: http://collectiveagency.co/membership/ and http://collectiveagency.co/meetings/  I started to put the word out yesterday and got 1 likely member immediately; getting to 6 likely members is the next step. Sept 15 or 30 move-in would be great.

If you know anyone who might be interested in becoming a founding member and/or making a loan with interest, please contact me. It's low risk and I'm reaching out to groups quickly to get a broad base of support and referrals. Thanks,
