Outlook 2007 Cached Mode Change Broken Jello

I just changed to Outlook 2007 cached mode and now all my projects and
contexts are missing. Please help :)
I can see the categories in Outlook Tasks but not Jello

You have to find the settings journal entry into your journal folder in online mode.
