Could not Open Item... Line 5506 / Code 4096

Hi I am new to Jello Dashboard and wasn't having any problems till
this week.
I cannont open Jello Home and the message comes up
Line 5506
Char 2
Err. Could not open the item
Code 4096

I would appreciate step by step help.

There is a widget (outlook folder items widget) which is connected with a folder maybe no longer exists or moved.
Reset your settings (or rename the <jello.dash settings> journal entry and reload.
