[news] Release of Jelix 1.3.2

Hi,

With a delay, here is a new maintenance release of Jelix 1.3, the
version 1.3.2, with its set of bug fix.

It contains also some little improvements: new methods in jDao, new
template plugins...

You can update your application without modifiy it.
