[news] Release of Jelix 1.2.9 and 1.3.3

Two new maintenance version of Jelix are available: 1.2.9 and 1.3.3.
You can upgrade safely your application based on Jelix 1.2 or 1.3.

Thanks to Brice, Philippe, Michgeek and Charles for their patchs and
other contributors who reported bugs.
