I'm trying to serve a page without a file extension at
thurn.github.com/foo. The conversion happens correctly, but the
content type is being set wrong, so the browser downloads the page
instead of displaying it. Is there a way to manually fix this? Here's
the source for that file: https://github.com/thurn/thurn.github.com/blob/master/foo.html

Not that I know of. You could get around it by creating a folder and
adding an index.md page in it.
