Parse Json In a Jekyll Page

Hi all, I was looking over jekyll recently and I wanna use it for a
future project but I was wondering if anyone has used jekyll to parse
JSON and display it on a page. I haven't seen any info on this topic,
and haven't seen this use case in any of the example sites.

How would I go about doing this? If someone could just give me a lead
that'd be great too, as I'm just evaluating/tinkering at this point.
