I like to edit long-term posts about something, so it more like wiki
page. Is there a way to tell thru rss, that i edited some post, so
readers could now, that i added something new to old text?

I've not done it yet but you should be able to do that with a patch I made to jekyl to display post revisions. Read about that here http://mokele.co.uk/2010/11/19/post-revisions-with-jekyll.html

By accessing page.revisions in your rss/atom feed you should be able to use the latest revision.date value to update the <updated> tag, and hopefully feed readers would pick up on that, wouldn't be surprised if they didn't though. You could also have an rss feed of the revisions themselves for each post
