Dear Jefferson Orchestra Parents,
Thank you so much to the following parents and orchestra staff for
their help at State Solo and Ensemble last weekend. It was a success!
Peg Quandt, Jayme & Dave Bates, Bill Mullan, Carol McNamara, Theresa
Ficken, Tim Sauter, Kelly Moritz, Andrew Steffen , Jody & Derrick
Daringer, Karen Teslik, Rhonda Honolka, Sally Robinson, and Joni
Culver.

This Saturday is the Jefferson Orchestra Invitational- our biggest
event of the year. We need you help this weekend. If you are able to

We need help in the following areas: usher, stage crew, concessions,
and clean up. Shifts begin at 8am and go to 7:30 pm.
Students are expected to help out for 2 hours either Friday after
school or on Saturday. They have already signed up in the orchestra
room. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding when they
are helping out.

Here is the performance schedule. These are required and part of
students’ performance grades. Students need to wear their concert
black uniforms.
Strings: 10:30-12:30, 11:30 performance
Symphony 2:30-4:30, 3:30 Performance
Fiddles and Harps 5:00 call, 5:30-6:00 performance. (Fiddles
performance- black shirt & jeans)
