April 14th- State Solo and Ensemble at Jefferson

Dear Orchestra Parents,

On Saturday April 14th, we are hosting State Solo and Ensemble Contest
at Jefferson. We share the responsibility of this State event with
Choir and Band at Jefferson.

The Jefferson Orchestra and Parent Association are responsible for 3
centers at this event: 17, 18 and 19. We need 2 parents at each of
these to be door keepers (letting in students at the right times) and
to be timers (timing each solo to make sure it is within the state
guidelines.)

There are both morning and afternoon spots availible! Please help us
