Jefferson Co. ARES on new repeater

JeffCoARES has received permission from Steve Schaub W4PF to use his
146.880 repeater for our weekly nets and emergency comms. The decision
to move came after problems arose during the 2009 Ice Storm from
Jefferson County ARES trying to use the repeater at the same time as
it's primary user, Clark County ARES/RACES. As a result of this
conflict we determind a move was necessary. We thank John N9TV for
allowing us on his repeater for these past 4 years and apologise for
any inconvenience.
