Greetings from the Centre for Civil Society!
CCS is organizing a panel discussion and study launching event on the topic of ‘Cycle Rickshaws in Jaipur’. This Event aims to form a space for all the stakeholders related to the subject to discuss over the current status of the cycle rickshaw business in Jaipur and the need/possibility of improvement of the same. CCS has completed a detailed study on ‘Cycle Rickshaws Business in Jaipur’ covering present scenario, challenges and possible solutions. The study gives a close idea of the social, economic, administrative and legal status of the pulling profession and status of the same profession in the other cities. Also the organization has prepared a short documentary Film to visually project the whole scenario of cycle rickshaw business. The event also enlists screening of the same.
