Regarding the tilt of Accepted for Value language; does it matter if
the left side or the right side is high?
Is any angle above horizontal acceptable, or must the angle be
approximately 45 degrees?

It does.
When the text is in the lower left of the document, tilted up and to the right, you are accepting the whole document for value in the private.
When it is tilted down, you lose all of your energy, and accept basically NADA.
Though it may appear as if you have.
