Last year, a professor from the university said that he wanted to install NetCAD on his computer in order to view the files with * .ncz extension, but he could not find the appropriate NetCAD installation file. Today, a friend of mine, who is also a geological engineer, stated that he made a lot of research on the internet to view files with * .ncz extension in the field, but he could not find a suitable software. I think one of the biggest shortcomings of NetCAD at this point is the lack of a viewer application to view files with * .ncz extensions or the lack of a restricted version (such as no recording or output). In fact, people are first looking for applications called NetCAD viewer or ncz viewer, but somehow they cannot find what they are looking for. However, there are several more successful map cad software that is equivalent to NetCAD in the market and unlike NetCAD, there are demo or limited versions of these software that can display files with * .ncz extension.
The first of these, and GeoCAD, which I have used for a long time. Although GeoCAD has a long history, it had a difficult time in 2000, when 2 developer engineers died in a fatal traffic accident. However, GeoCAD, whose development process continues, besides having a very fast and functional structure, it can successfully run many file formats including * .ncz. Although GeoCAD is still commercially available, you can download the pro version of the software for free and install it directly. In this way, you can easily view files with * .ncz extension as a demo without paying a license fee. Secondly; BelsisCAD, owned by the rapidly growing Belsis Company. Belsis Firm shows up in two areas, BelsisGIS and BelsisMIS, as well as BelsisCAD cad software. With the BelsisCAD Viewer, which is available free of charge by Belsis Company, * .ncz extension files can be viewed. You can also use save and print operations although it has very few functions. Both of the above mentioned cad software are quite successful in terms of viewing files with * .ncz extensions. But the point that should not be forgotten; The * .ncz extension file format belongs to NetCAD software, and therefore software other than NetCAD may not be able to perform this file format with 100% accuracy.
VS 2017: by default the help viewer is not installed. To install and use the CadLib help files, first install the VS help viewer, and Set 'Help Preference' to 'Launch in Help Viewer'. See here for an howto.
Both C# and VB sample solutions are provided. A basic viewer example is included so you can test view the DWG and DXF files you have created with the library. Also a DWG/DXF to image converter example is included and an example DWG/DXF writing program.
A high quality configurable PDF converter is included, that optionally creates searchable PDF files. An example console application is included (see the export example) that demonstrates the conversion from an AutoCAD DWG or DXF file to PDF.
Example solutions written in C# and VB.NET show how to add more advanced features like zooming, panning and picking. Samples are included that demonstrate use with Windows Forms, WPF, OpenGL and ASP.NET 4.0.

Both apps allow users to view, edit, share and create 2D CAD drawings. AutoCAD web app is accessed entirely online in a web browser on any computer. AutoCAD mobile app is included with AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT and provides similar features on iPhone and Android devices.
