Hi All,
here is a guide how to share a user mailbox with another user, so you can login with user1 credentials and access user2 mailbox (calendar, tasks, contacts etc).
1. open Active Directory users and computers.
2. Right Click on the user that you want to share its mailbox.
3. Click on the Exchange Advanced Tab, and then on Mailbox rights button (mailbox_sharing1.jpg)
4. Click on the Add button and add the user you want to have access to this mailbox. Then click on the "Allow Full mailbox access" checkbox.
Click OK (mailbox_sharing2.jpg )
Now JEC can use user1 as username to access user2 mailbox.
