opening Webdav interface on Exchange 2003

Hi,
You can check is WebDav is on by connecting to:
http(s)://<Server_Name>/exchange/<Account_name>/
if its off, request your exchange administrator to open OWA interface.
If you have administrator privliges, here is a link that explains how to enable WebDav (look at step  4):
