Jease simple tutorial

I'm new in Jease and I'm searching for a "for dummies" tutorial. Any suggestion?

Hi,

If you want to just see features and demo http://demo.jease.org/login?file&login=demo&password=Demo123$

If you want to have a local copy just download this file and extract it and 

• Linux: Open a terminal and enter:
  jease/bin/catalina.sh run
• Windows: Navigate to "jease -> bin" and double-click:
  startup (= startup.bat)
