to Jease - The Java CMS with Ease
Hi to all,
After 3 years of last releasing, i decide to work on jease.
We know that Maik (One of my best friends that helped me on starting jease from 9 years ago!) very busy and not enough time to bug fixing and releasing Jease.
Also we know that Jease is one of the best light cms and in some case is a unique cms, so we must work on it to improved and take best place against other cms like Liferay and other java cms or portals.

What is changed:

What is changed:
- Upgrade to zk 8.5(last version)
- Upgrade to lucene 7.3.1 (last version)
- Add ZooDB (thank for slavap for her PR)
- Upgrade other repo that needed
I know that this relesae is not very complete, but for starting my job, and remove some old and deprecated package from pom.xml i release version 3.0 and start version 4.0 based this version.
