Hi all,

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide. I hope I'm in the right place to ask this question...

I'm doing some technical writing for a company that uses Jease for its wiki/help website. I have access to the Jease system and am working on updating the content of the sections, but I can't figure out how to update the table of contents. More specifically, I can create new texts and folders in Jease just fine, but don't know how to make them show up on the user's end. The company isn't sure how to do this either so it's pretty much up to me to figure it out. (I think the person who did the documentation is no longer there and was the only person who understood the system well.)

Does anyone know how to do this..? Part of me doesn't even know if this is a Jease-related question, or if it's more of a website backend question...but I wanted to just try to ask anyway just to cover bases and keep the project moving.

I hope I explained that clearly enough. If more details are needed, please let me know. Thanks again for your time!

Hi,

it's hard to tell without knowing how much customization was done with your application.

But maybe it works like the "default": if you login into the CMS, you see a column called "visible". Just check all the contents which should be shown in your table of contents, maybe your former developer used this property in his/her queries.

If this doesn't work, you have to look into the custom code to see what's going on.

HTH, Maik
