Questions on How to Encrypt Files on the Desktop and Decypt them on android device

Hello There,
I have seen Your JealousSky Library On Git hub and I have a few questions to Ask:
I am interested in encrypting a File on the Desktop and Perform Decryption on android,
Your example showed that we can decrypt an Image file in android using :

jealousSky.decryptToBitmap(isEncrypted) function,
How can I encrypt the File on the Desktop?
can I use the functions provided in your jar file to encrypt the File on the Desktop?
