Hello Douglas Elementary Parents and Guardians,
Hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy. I just wanted to send you an update on things happening with the PAC community.
PAC Meeting
Our next PAC meeting is on Monday, November 16th, 2020 at 7 pm via ZOOM. You can register for the meeting on this link. We had lots of great conversations last time and we look forward to welcoming you back to our meeting next week.

Purdys Chocolate is doing great!
We are having a record year & we love the support! Over $5000 chocolate sales has come through and that means we have over $1200 coming back to the PAC to support the school. We have until November 16th to place more orders. Thank you!!!
Family Photo night(s) is happening on November 18th. We have good responses at the Annex, but very little from the main school, so we will be asking that family to take a time slot from the Annex. We have filled 11 of the 18 time slots, and must fill 15 of them. For those families on the fence for this event, it's a lot of fun and we can't do it without you. So go ahead to register for one of the time slots available (4:30 pm, 6:45 pm, 7:30 pm, 7:45 pm, 8:00 pm, 8:30 pm, and 8:45 pm). You can reply to this email and I can manually register for you if you don't have a munchalunch account at the ANNEX.
Facemasks order this week.
We are placing the facemask order this week, if there are any last minute orders to come in, please do so by Wednesday 6 pm. Remember to fill in the additional personalization form if you would like your name or nickname displayed.
Any late orders will be placed into the 2nd batch in the 2021.
