Pumpkin Patch help

[Douglas PAC]

Dear Douglas Parents, 

This Friday is the pumpkin patch day in the morning. The annex and the main school are needing a handful (no more than 5 to 6) parents to help unload and spread the pumpkins on the fields. 

The truck will unload at 830 am at the Annex. Then the pumpkins will make their way to the main school at 850 am. 

In order to keep the crowd controlled and to respect the wishes of the school, we can only have 5 to 6 parents at the most. If you can make it, please respond to this email as soon as possible. Bringing a pair of gloves will help. 

If we have too many people coming, please stand on the parameters and take photos for memories instead.
