Bukannya kemarin sudah disepakati juga, bahwa untuk
urusan personal, diluar urusan kerjaan, atau dalam
kategori JFF, PSN, COM selalu kirim email ke JDC
forum? Kalo untuk urusan kerjaan ke JDC groups?
Nanti apa ga jadi aturan di atas aturan lagi? Atau
kita pilih salah satu aja? Jadi ga terlalu ribet gitu
lho Mas.
Salam,
ET

According to my opinion, it still too 'njelimet'. Why?
Kita udah harus milih alamat email yang tepat untuk
formal maupun informal. Udah itu harus dibagi lagi
macem macem.
I think, kalo formal, masalah kerjaan, dan emang untuk
konsumsi semua anggota milist, bukannya sebaiknya
semua membukanya dan membacanya.
Tapi kalo untuk personal, untuk community, dimana kita
kirimnya ke forum, yah itu udah jadi pilihan kita mo
membca atau mo delete aja.
So yah pilih salah satu cara aja. Misalnya, kalo mo
milistnya dibedain, ya udah dibedain aja. But kalo mo

klu terlalu byk singkatan takutnya malah bingungin temen2!

As I know, if we use @jdcteam.com, we don't have to
use googlegroups anymore. We can group email using our
mail server.
Maybe you should check first this facility from our
mail server.
We even can group email into several group according
to its recipient, such as:
- j...@jdcteam.com, means we send it to all jdcteam
addresses.
- qui...@jdcteam.com, means we send it to all quindo
team.
- h...@jdcteam.com, means we send it to all hr jdc team.
and so on depend of what kind of group we need to
make, to make sending email easier.
if we use only one group, giving an initial for
subject is important to divide important or junk mail.
but again, please make a standard for the initial,
socialize it, and most importantly keep it simple.
Since jdcteam.com is a mail server for our internal
communication, i think it wouldn't be too many emails
in our inbox. Would you please inform us about our
email account at jdcteam.com, the capacity, and other
information that we need to know.
Sorry, if i talk too much. it's up to you mailist
team...
regards and peace
