Ways to convert to other formats?

I've enjoyed this program greatly, as it's helped me get past a large
writing block lately, and has allowed me to write several stories that
were stalled. However, is there a way to convert the saved files to
either a .rtf or .doc format? I've tried sending these to friends for
editing, but they're having trouble opening them into something that
allows for easy reading.

Hi there - no, there's no support for anything other than plain text,
although you can export via the Markdown processor which generates
HTML (if I remember correctly). Basically, plain text is the lowest-
common-denominator that all systems and programs should be able to
open, regardless of platform. Which applications are your friends
trying to use?
