Business Object Resource who has experience installing and configuring both BO XI and BO Data Integrator

 

Location: Oradell, NJ

Rate: $57/hr C2C all incl

Duration: 3-6 Months + ext

In-person interview!! Need locals!!

 

BO Administrator Responsibilities to include:

• Installation of both BOXI and BO Data Integrator
• Performance tuning
• Sizing environment
• Integrating Business Objects with portal application presentation and authentication
• Perform troubleshooting / tuning CMS and server tuning parameters for Business Objects XI R2 environments.
• Create new Business Objects instances.
• Assist with the development and implementation of Business Objects backup and recovery plans.
• Plan and Administer Business Objects folder hierarchy and security.
• Document infrastructure architecture and define standards for installing and maintaining Business Objects.
• Need an understanding of SQL and SQL Server administration as it pertains to the environment
• Be able to provide analytical support to ensure that system and business requirements are clearly documented and understood in relation to system and application maintenance
• As the Business Objects expert you will also support the setup, implementation and integration of the Business Objects and Windows platforms.

Specific experience in Business Objects desired:

• Business Objects XI R2 certification - Plus
• Experience with BO data Integrator - Must
• Central Management Console
• Central configuration Manager
• Security settings: Users, Groups, Folders, Objects and applications
  Universes, Universe connections
• Managing applications
• Servers, Server groups, scaling servers, load balancing servers
• Managing, scheduling, Importing objects
• Auditing, Authentication, Backup and recovery
• User Maintenance
• Publishing
• Importing
