I have been trying to use jcryptool for two weeks now, and I can't figure out how to encrypt my entires. I'm using the jcryptool version because its supposed to be compatible with Mac, I have a 2016 MacBook. I was able to download the program and open it, (I also installed java/jdx after reading some of these posts), but I can't find the option to encrypt or decrypt after I enter my command. From what I hear and the instructions Im given in my class, in the windows version you just type the information in the box, go to the menu bar and click encrypt, or decrypt depending on the step. I don't have that here. Am I in the wrong place? Is that feature not available in the Mac version? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I just figured something out. I click on jcryptool in the downloaded folder and I only get a terminal window. How do I open the actual program?
