Hi, What JCrypTool version are you using? I recommend the latest weekly build available at https://github.com/jcryptool/core/releases . What macOs version are you using, what Java version is installed (what does "java -version" in the terminal return)? Dominik

JCrypTool requires at least Java 8 - http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/overview/index.html Please not that only our weekly builds work with Java 9 or newer. Dominik
